Subscribing to incidents

Three subscription channels:

  1. Email — at status.quantumelixir.tech, click Subscribe → enter email.
  2. RSS / Atomhttps://status.quantumelixir.tech/feed.rss
  3. Webhook — for ops automation, register a webhook URL at status.quantumelixir.tech/webhooks. Incidents POST as { type: "incident", state: "investigating" | "identified" | "monitoring" | "resolved", services: [...] }.

We do not spam — the status page only emits during real incidents, scheduled maintenance, or follow-up postmortems.

Maintenance windows

Planned maintenance:

  • Indonesia low-traffic window: Sunday 02:00–06:00 WIB
  • Notice: Minimum 72 hours via status page subscription
  • Sandbox: Same window but more permissive — sandbox may go down for up to 30 min ad-hoc with 30-min notice

Production maintenance is always zero-downtime if at all possible. Most ship behind a feature flag, not a maintenance window.

Browse the full history at status.quantumelixir.tech/history (opens in a new tab). Each resolved incident has a post-mortem if customer-facing impact exceeded 1 hour.

Where to report issues

  • You think it's an incident: check status page first. If status is green, email developers@quantumelixir.tech with your x-quantum-request-id and we'll triage within one business hour.
  • You're sure it's an incident affecting many users: check status page, then email incident@quantumelixir.tech — that escalates to oncall.
